Online Psychotherapy & Counselling across the UK
Online Psychotherapy and Counselling Services
If you’re wondering whether online therapy is right for you, I hope I can answer your question.
Life can be unpredictable, challenging, and busy. You might be navigating a difficult period—perhaps a loss, illness, or separation—or experiencing feelings of stress, anxiety, or sadness. Or perhaps you’re simply seeking a dedicated space to talk, explore your thoughts, and gain a better understanding of yourself and your relationships.
Online therapy can offer a safe and accessible space wherever you are. I offer a confidential, inclusive, and non-judgmental online space where you can safely explore and reflect. And I also believe in the importance of humour, play, and creativity in therapy—they can be powerful tools for managing challenges, processing grief, and healing.
Benefits of online therapy:
Flexibility: Schedule sessions around work, travel, or family commitments. Working online offers weekly therapy without interruption.
Accessibility: Online therapy can be a good option if you have a disability, limited mobility or a chronic illness.
Support from anywhere: If you live in a location with limited access to therapists, online therapy removes geographical barriers and offers more choice.
Reduces associated costs: Online therapy reduces associated costs such as travel, and parking.
What works for you: The virtual setting might work best for you, it might feel easier to talk and express yourself and feelings from the comfort of your own home.
About me
Before I became a psychotherapist, I worked within the charity sector. Alongside private practice, I work for Sporting Chance and have previously worked for a low-cost therapy service and London Metropolitan university counselling service, where I provided short-term therapy to undergraduate and mature students. I am passionate about music which influenced the research for my MA, exploring how, as an alternative to words, music in psychotherapy can be used to communicate feeling and experience.
Online Therapy Services
I offer both online and in-person therapy from my practice in Holborn (WC1X), located within walking distance from Holborn, Chancery Lane, and Russell Square tube stations, as well as central bus routes. This flexibility allows you to choose the environment that best suits your needs, whether it's the convenience of online sessions from your own space or face-to-face sessions in a central, accessible location.
Availability
I currently have availability on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
Fees
My session fees operate on a sliding scale between £85 and £100 per 50-minute session, based on your income and financial situation. The initial session is charged at £85, and we will agree on an ongoing fee that is comfortable for you. I am flexible in working with you either on a long-term, open-ended basis or within a time-limited framework (usually 6–12 sessions) based on your preferences and therapeutic goals.
Health Insurance
I am an approved provider of psychotherapy and counseling services for Aviva, AXA, Bupa, and Vitality. If you are registered with a health insurer, I can handle invoicing directly with them for your sessions, making the process straightforward and stress-free.
Whether you’re new to therapy or returning to continue your journey, I am here to support you in creating meaningful change in a format that fits your life.
