Psychotherapy and Counselling Services in Holborn

Looking for a therapist can feel overwhelming, so if you’re here reading this, I hope I can offer some clarity.

Life can be unpredictable, challenging, and, at times, overwhelming. It’s normal to not always feel okay. You may be going through a difficult period—perhaps a loss, illness, or separation—or experiencing feelings of stress, anxiety, or sadness. Maybe you’re simply seeking a space to talk, explore your thoughts, or gain a better understanding of yourself and your relationships. Therapy can offer that space, helping you feel more present, creative, and connected in your everyday life.

Whether you’re facing a tough time or wish to pro-actively support your mental well-being, I am here to support you. I offer a confidential, inclusive, non-judgmental space where you can safely explore and reflect. I also believe in the importance of humor, play, and creativity in therapy—they can be powerful tools for managing challenges, processing grief, and healing.

About me

Before I became a psychotherapist, I worked within the charity sector. Alongside private practice, I work for Sporting Chance and have previously worked for a low-cost therapy service and London Metropolitan university counselling service, where I provided short-term therapy to undergraduate and mature students. I am passionate about music which influenced the research for my MA, exploring how, as an alternative to words, music in psychotherapy can be used to communicate feeling and experience.

Location and Fees

I work online and in-person from Holborn, WC1X. My practice is within walking distance from Holborn, Chancery Lane, and Russell Square tube stations, plus central bus routes.

I have availability on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

My fee is charged on a sliding scale from £85 - £100 per 50-minute session. I charge £85 for an initial session and an ongoing session fee will be agreed based on your income/financial situation. I can work with you on a long-term, open-ended basis or for a time-limited number of sessions (usually 6 - 12).

I am an approved provider of psychotherapy and counselling for Aviva, AXA, Bupa, and Vitality. If you are registered with a health insurer, I can invoice them for sessions.
