Welcome to Studio 31. Our therapy rooms in Holborn provide the perfect space for therapists looking for a peaceful, professional environment in a Central London location. We have two rooms available: the Yellow Room and the Print Room.

Studio 31 is conveniently located in central London on Theobald’s Road (WC1X 8SP) in Holborn. It is walking distance from Holborn, Chancery Lane, and Russell Square underground stations, and on several central bus routes. 

Studio 31 was set up by Sophie and Linds. We are therapists with creative backgrounds. We set out to create an inviting, characterful, and supportive therapy space in Central London where therapists and their clients can feel at home.

At Studio 31, we believe in supporting the wellbeing of the therapists who choose our space. We offer:

• Discount for newly-qualified therapists: We understand the leap of faith needed to take on a room before you have all the clients you need lined up. So to help take some of the stress out of setting up, we offer a 30% discount for the first two months.

• Four Weeks’ Holiday Allowance: We all know breaks are really important but understand how hard it can be to budget for them. This is why we have calculated the monthly fees pro-rated for 48 weeks, giving therapists 4 weeks free a year.

• Peer support: We have a private WhatsApp group for Studio 31 members to connect, network, share resources and light-relief. We organise social get-togethers throughout the year.
